Cedar Lane Organic Vegetable and Barley Soup
Cedar Lane's Organic Chopped Vegetable and Barley soup is a hearty vegetable soup. The broth is tomato based and goes well with the chopped potatoes, carrots, zucchini, spinach, onions and corn. The pearled barley adds a nice texture to the soup and gives it substance like a soup with meat or beans would. If you are in the mood for a little extra kick, add a dash of tabasco sauce. It is certified organic, vegetarian and dairy free.
The soup is available at Costco for $8.49 for two 32 oz containers, which provides 8 servings of 1 cup each.
