Harry's Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
I am not sure how many steps it would take for me to make homemade tomato basil soup, but I am not even going to try because Harry’s Organic Creamy Tomato Basil Soup is sooooo delicious. It is soup perfection with vine ripened organic tomatoes, sweet basil and fresh cream. All you need to do is heat and serve, either over the stove or in the microwave.
The soup comes in two 30 oz tubs (7.5 one cup servings) and can be purchased from Costco for $9.99, but it is often on sale for $6.99 so stock up when it is on sale because it has a great shelf life of about 3 months in the fridge or freezer. Serve with your favorite garlic toast or crusty bread.
